Coach Wyatt Sawers perspective on Personal Training at CrossFit Kairos:
Personal training is great for our athletes and members who have a specific goal or want to be able to work with a coach on techniqe in a one on one environment. Group classes are great, but since there are usaully several in a class, a coach is not able to give each member the attention they might need to help them progress faster. Often times I see one athlete with a tiny flaw but am not able to correct them because another person has a bigger flaw that needs more attention. Personal training is great because I can then give you 100% attention and help fix all the little things. This helps members achieve their goals much faster.
